Engagement with Global Poverty & Development: How do Americans get involved?

In this project, I led the design and the analysis of state-level public opinion on US attitudes toward global poverty and development using multi-level regression and post-stratification (MRP). The results were communicated to US government agencies and international development organizations (NGOs and charities).

German Decisionmakers' Attitudes toward Development Cooperation

In this brief, co-authored with Jennifer Hudson and David Hudson, we present the findings from the German decision-maker survey to understand their engagement with and opinion on global poverty and development cooperation. In this project,  I headed the design of the decision-maker survey, its implementation, and analysis. The results were communicated with decision-makers in Germany and international development organizations.

As part of the project, I spearheaded the design, implementation, and analysis of the surveys, with the to understand the socio-economic drivers of the variations in success of community management of micro-hydro plants in Nepal.

German Public Opinion on Equitable Vaccine Distribution

As part of DEL,  I translate the insights from the survey data into blog posts to communicate with the non-academic development stakeholders. This blog post explains the findings from a survey in Germany (2021), that I led in the design and analysis of, to understand German public sentiments towards vaccine distribution.
